February 6, 2020 – Dr. Lori Solomon, Chair of the Department of Family and Community Medicine at New York Medical College, stopped by Tal Healthcare to provide the team of recruiters and account managers with some professional development. Among the many topics discussed were behavioral health, physician burnout, value-based care, medical school and residency training and the millennial mindset. Dr. Solomon suggested that recruiters bring specific value to clients when they provide clients with the motivation, lifegoals and drive of candidates.
