Tal Healthcare is thrilled to be certified as a women-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). The WBENC is a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs and the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States.
Tal Healthcare was started in 2006 by its founder and CEO, Lea Tal. Leveraging over three decades of experience in healthcare recruitment, Lea leads her team of seasoned executive recruiters with a passion for forging dynamic professional relationships. Tal Healthcare is consistently growing and expanding, now with 28 employees.
“I am so proud to have met the rigorous criteria of WBENC to become a certified Women’s Business Enterprise and thankful to the organization for all they do to support women-owned businesses,” said Lea Tal, CEO. “WBENC certification will open up opportunities for us to work with many organizations that have diversity and inclusion policies. More importantly, the certification highlights our commitment to diversity, employee empowerment, and progressive policies toward inclusion.”
Tal Healthcare is a woman founded, owned, and managed business. Being WBENC certified is a testament to our CEO’s commitment to paving the way for women in business and using her story as an inspiration to other female entrepreneurs.
