Recently, our team partnered with a client seeking a Senior Director of Operations, Perioperative Services (RN), a nursing leadership role requiring a unique combination of clinical expertise, operational experience, and perioperative knowledge. The position was opened and within 26 days, the client had extended an offer to a CNOR nurse who accepted. While the details are real, we’ve changed the candidate’s name to Benny for privacy.
